Important Tech Trek 2021 Dates
Monday, December 15, 2020 Deadline for teachers to submit student nominations for the camp. Camp applications will be sent to 7th grade girls as the nominations from their teachers are received by the camp committee.
Wednesday, January 15, 2021 – Deadline for students to submit their written camp applications to the camp committee.
During February students who submitted applications will be interviewed by local AAUW members.
The camp selection committee will meet in early March to determine which of the students who submitted completed applications and were interviewed by a local AAUW branch will be invited to attend the camp.
About March 25th- The chosen 7th grade girls will be notified that they have been selected to participate in the 2019 Tech Trek camps. The alternates and students not selected will also be notified at this time.
Friday, April 10th – A non-refundable $50 registration fee and a completed registration form must be submitted by this date. This is the only charge for a girl to attend the week long camp.
