Important Dates for Tech Trek 2024 Camps
Friday , December 15th, 2023. Teacher nomination deadline for submitting names of candidates to attend a 2024 camp. Five nominations per school. Applications will be mailed directly to the girls.
Saturday, January 13th, 2024 – 4 pm. Camp Informational Zoom for parents, interested girls, and teachers.
Wednesday January 31st, 2024 the deadline for girls to return applications to be considered for selection to attend one of the camps.
February and March. Girls who submitted completed applications will be interviewed by local AAUW members.
Monday, March 6th, 2024 – Deadline for branches to finish interviewing camp applicants from their area.
Wednesday, March 15th, 2024. Tech Trek Selection Committee meets to select girls for both camps.
Thursday, March 30th, 2024 – Letters will be mailed to all applicants advising them if they have been chosen to attend a camp or not.
Tuesday, April 11th, 2024 – Deadline to submit the registration fee of $50 for girls who have been selected to attend one of the 2024 camps.
Sunday, June 9th, 2024 – Stetson STEM Camp begins
Saturday June 15th, 2024 Stetson Camp ends
Sunday, June 16th, 2024 – Jupiter STEM Camp begins.
Saturday June 22nd, 2024 – Jupiter camp ends
